To place an order, email, call or fax us.   We will be happy to process your order as soon as possible.  We thank you for visiting our site and look forward to assisting you in any way.  Sorry, we do not have a catalog at this time.

Shipping
We ship all orders by UPS Ground. 
UPS Shipping Fees:
Shipping is free on all order over $100.
Shipping charges range from $8-$20  in most cases depending on size and weight of items purchased.
For returns shipping is not paid by ELITE LINENS.   It is the customers responsibility.   

Privacy Statement
ELITE LINENS does not sell, or make available any information collected at this site to provide to other organizations. 

Special Orders
We are more than happy to help with special orders.  Please provide us with as much information as possible, especially manufacturer name, pattern name, color, quantity, etc.   A freight charge may apply to some special orders in addition to shipping.

Return Policy
ELITE LINENS will gladly accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of date of purchase.   Please note, however shipping costs for returns are the customers responsibility.   For returns due to a manufacturer defect please call or email for instructions. 
No returns are allowed on special orders or custom made items.
Sheets cannot be returned if they have been opened. 
Fabric cannot be returned.
